The Yukon - Whitehorse and the Southern Yukon

The Yukon-Beringia Museum in Whitehorse showcases skeletons of the extinct megafauna of the Pleistocene. Beringia is the area of Siberia, Alaska, and the Yukon that was never covered with glacial ice during the ice age, and probably provided the route by which humans entered the Americas from Asia.
